Shipping Method

Orders will be shipped via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free for purchases of refurbished products totaling ¥7,000 (incl. tax) or more.

For orders totaling less than ¥7,000 (incl. tax), the shipment will be sent cash on delivery (COD). Please note that the shipping fee will be collected by the delivery carrier upon delivery.

In-Store Pickup

If you choose in-store pickup, please collect your order within two weeks of the order date.

Orders not collected within this period may be cancelled.

Combined Shipping

Orders with different order numbers cannot be combined into a single shipment.

For Customers Ordering from Overseas

We currently do not ship outside Japan.

However, for orders totaling ¥7,000 (incl. tax) or more, we can deliver your order to a hotel within Japan.

Please specify your preferred delivery date when placing your order.

If your planned arrival in Japan is more than two weeks after the order date, please do not place your order through our online shop. Instead, contact us at the email address below with the flower vase(s) you wish to purchase.

We will confirm the shipping schedule and provide instructions on how to complete your order at the appropriate time.
